To look inside and learn to be gentle with the parts of us that are scared. To see that our negative emotions don’t define us and that we can find peace in the ups and downs of life.

Anxiety can show up in many ways. We may feel like an imposter, like we have to continuously hustle to hold our lives together or that we don’t have what it takes to pursue more. We may feel stuck in negative relationship patterns, playing roles that do not serve us and struggling to get our needs met. We may be flooded with overthinking, our inner chatter and self criticism keeping us preoccupied and stealing moments of joy and peace. You don’t have to stay in this place.
